| Download Instructions TO DOWNLOAD 1. To download the PowerPoint viewer, click on the file below. Your browser should ask you if you want to save the file. 2. Make sure "Save this program to disk" is selected and then click on OK (in Netscape Navigator, click "Save file"). This should prompt you to pick a location for the file. 3. Select a drive and folder to save the file to. 4. Click on Save. 5. Locate the saved file. Double-click the file to begin the setup program for the PowerPoint Viewer. 6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup. TO USE 1. On the Start menu, point to Programs, and then click Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 97. 2.
